How long will it take for me to get my order ?
The current lead time for orders to be made is currently 32 days . Please allow this time for your order to be made before being shipped . As a one woman band, I work as quickly as I can to get through each order on a first come first serve basis. Once the order is shipped , I will send you an email to notify you. I am ALWAYS willing to accommodate urgent orders, if you have an order you need urgently , please do send me an email or you can drop me a quick message over Instagram and I will reply as soon as I can to let you know if I can accommodate your request. Please refrain from emailing or messaging regarding order updates if you have waited less than 32 days.
If ordering from outside of the uk please bear in mind shipping and (if necessary ) customs. Once I have shipped the item I cannot control shipping times to your destination. There can be delays on international mail due to covid, customs and time of year .
Is your brand environmentally friendly ?
I love that this is a topic within the clothing industry nowadays and that more and more consumers are shopping consciously !
Being a small business in slow fashion gives me the upper hand in making sure I can be as environmentally friendly as possible with my business.
If you are new to slow fashion, basically this means I make everything to order and also buy fabrics to order . This means I do not have large amounts of bulk fabric in my studio that could potentially go to waste . Any fabrics I do have in bulk are vintage or thrifted fabrics that I have bought as a one off and will use up until it is all gone . Any wastage is either used to make smaller items like my fluffy bras and hats or is recycled . I live in a very shall we say environmentally conscious and creative neighbourhood, we have weekly textile recycling collections.
Recently , I have been able to shift my lycra and spandex products to recycled fabrics . These are made from recycled yarn that were on their way to landfill.
All packaging is 100% reyclable.
Do you accept returns?
No I do not accept returns. Unless items are sent faulty. This is because all orders are handmade specifically to size for each customer- I do not hold ready to wear stock. I understand the difficulty of purchasing handmade to order items online and not knowing how something will fit or look- this is why I offer a free alterations service. To have an item altered please contact me using either of the contacts I mentioned above ^^ . Please note that I will not carry out alterations if you have simply selected the wrong size or given me the wrong measurements . If you realise the measurements /size are incorrect before I have made the item , of course this can be changed if you let me know as soon as you can . All orders once placed are final due to this reason. Amendments to your order can be made and if you are at all unsure on sizes , you can add more specific measurements for all items in the special instruction box at checkout. Please also refer to the size guide if you are unsure. If you encounter any issues with your order or need to enquire about an alteration please please please do not hesitate to contact me by email . I want absolutely everyone to be happy , so please let me know. Please note that during busy periods , email responses can be between 24 and 48 hours .

Yes. All over the world! International shipping prices are automatically set up for each item.
Can you make custom orders?

Currently my sizes range from Uk size 4 up to size 20 for most items.
