How long will it take for me to get my order ?
The current lead time for orders to be made is currently 28 working days . This does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please allow this time for your order to be made before being shipped . As a one woman band, I work as quickly as I can to get through each order on a first come first serve basis. Once the order is shipped , I will send you an email to notify you.
I am ALWAYS willing to accommodate urgent orders, if you have an order you need urgently , please do send me an email or you can drop me a quick message over Instagram and I will reply as soon as I can to let you know if I can accommodate your request. For priority orders that fall before my standard production time, there will be a £5 charge added onto the shipping price, which will be an option made available at checkout. Please only select this option if you have confirmed a priority order is possible with myself first.
If ordering from outside of the uk please bear in mind shipping and (if necessary ) customs processing.
If you live within the EU , your country inspects goods as they arrive. They may apply duties and taxes and a small clearance or handling fee. This is dependant on each counties custom thresholds, any trade agreements that are in place and the courier companies handling cost. Please note this is not included in my product or shipping cost.
To be able to help with this , European customers can now get free shipping on all orders over £50. This will be applied at checkout . This also includes European customers not in the EU .
Is your brand sustainable ?
I love that this is a hot topic within the clothing industry now and that more and more consumers are shopping consciously !
Being a small business in slow fashion gives me the upper hand in making sure I can be as sustainable and earth friendly as possible with the way I run my business.
If you are new to slow fashion, this means I buy fabrics and make the clothes to order . This means I do not have large amounts of bulk fabric in my studio that could potentially go to waste . Any fabrics I do have in any form of bulk are thrifted or dead stock fabrics that I have bought as a one off and will use up until it is all gone . Any wastage is either used to make smaller items like my fluffy bras and hats , sent off as scraps for other creatives to use for their own projects or recycled on a weekly basis.
Most of what I design , I tend to keep available as made to order on my website forever pretty much - as long as I can still source the fabric and it hasn’t been discontinued.
Recently , I have been able to shift most of my lycra and spandex products to recycled fabrics . These are made from recycled yarn that were on their way to landfill. Wherever possible I will buy organic fabric alternatives , like those used on my tote bags and tees. Where possible, on custom printed fabrics , OEKO -TEX certified dyes are used . Products using these fabrics will contain this in the product description.
The biggest advantage (for me) of being made to order is that as I do not buy fabric in bulk and only buy what I need , I am able to switch to more sustainable alternatives when the opportunity arises . When I first started out in 2016 , some of the sustainable fabric alternatives just were not available , so it’s great that now they are , I can switch to them immediately !
Do you accept returns?
No I do not accept returns. Unless items are sent faulty. This is because all orders are handmade specifically to size for each customer- I do not hold ready to wear stock. Although I use drop down size menus on each product this is to make the order process much simpler, however everyone is able to also send custom and more precise measurements through with their order via the special instructions box . I understand the difficulty of purchasing handmade to order items online and not knowing how something will fit or look- this is why I offer a free alterations service. To have an item altered please contact me using either of the contacts I mentioned above ^^ . Please note that I will not carry out alterations if you have simply selected the wrong size or given me the wrong measurements . If you realise the measurements /size are incorrect before I have made the item , of course this can be changed if you let me know as soon as you can . All orders once placed are final due to this reason. Amendments to your order can be made and if you are at all unsure on sizes , you can add more specific measurements for all items in the special instruction box at checkout. Please also refer to the size guide if you are unsure. If you encounter any issues with your order or need to enquire about an alteration please please please do not hesitate to contact me by email . I want absolutely everyone to be happy , so please let me know. Please note that during busy periods , email responses can be between 24 and 48 hours .
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. All over the world! International shipping prices are automatically set up for each item.
Can you make custom orders?
Yes I can . If you would like to enquire about having a custom order made, please contact me by either email or Instagram and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you are just wanting to add custom measurements to your order , please add them to the special instructions box on the website - this is located on the cart page.
What sizes do you offer ?
Currently my sizes range from Uk size 4 up to size 20 for most items.
All faux fur products: dry clean only
Products with fluffy trim: dry clean only
Fleece products: dry clean for best results but can be machine washed on low temperatures.
All other products: can be machine washed on low temperatures.
